Spirit dolls are intention based art dolls. Usually made with at least one nature provided piece.

I am using dried sagebrush from my land.

I am adding little charms to each doll... and eye of horus for protection, a butterfly for rebirth, and a bead that reflect light to remind you there is always hope.

Once you get your doll it's up to you to set your intention. So you want it to keep your secrets or worries? Do you want it to help with dreams? Do you want it to represent something else... its all up to you. What you need is what you put in.
